We're really sorry but it looks like your project is a little outside of our current scope for Heat Geek Black Label projects. We're working away in the background to expand this scope all the time but we're not there yet.
It's not all bad news...
Some of our Heat Geek installers might be able to help you with your project independently from the Heat Geek Platform. There's nothing in it for us if you choose to work with one of the installers separately, but we trust the teams we work with and we want to help as many people as possible get a heat pump!
So, feel free to take a look at the map below and see if there's an installer listed near you. If you reach out to any of these teams with an enquiry, let them know you were directed to them through us as an Out of Scope Black Label enquiry and you can go from there!
Please note that any heat pumps installed outside of the Heat Geek Platform will be ineligible for the Heat Geek Guarantee.
