Once you book a Design Consultation, you'll have direct contact with:
- Your assigned Heat Geek installer - they will carry out the Design Consultation, and are your go-to for any technical questions
- Your Heat Geek Account Manager - assigned to guide you through your upgrades journey and handle any other queries along the way
