Do I need to clear space for the install?

Yes - a little preparation helps the installation go smoothly:

• Clear the area where the cylinder will be installed and any route through your home for pipework.
• Ensure there's a clear pathway from the delivery point to where equipment needs to go.
• We'll need space outside (ideally near the front of the property) to receive and temporarily store equipment on delivery day.
• Clear vehicle access and, if possible, reserve a parking space near the property for the installation team.
