Does the design consultation involve thermal imaging or air tightness checks?

Not at present. However, it's worth noting that air tightness and infra red imaging will have almost no impact on our heat loss calculation due to our ever refined process of calculation-measurement-feedback, that has been refined over the years and is now being supercharged by our new digital process.
