How do I know an email is really from Heat Geek?

All Heat Geek emails come from the heatgeek.com domain.

During your project you may also get emails from:

• Ofgem – about your Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant
• The ENA portal or your local electricity network operator – about network approval

Both are a normal part of the process.
