If you’ve tried to get a Heat Geek heat pump estimate or search your address and received an error message, don’t worry — it’s usually easy to resolve.
If you saw an error code or technical issue, please email upgrades@heatgeek.com with:
- Your full property address
- The exact error message or code shown on screen
Our support team will review the issue and help you complete your estimate.
If the message said something like “this property is a flat” or “your home isn’t suitable for Heat Geek”, but you believe that information is incorrect, please email upgrades@heatgeek.com.
Include details about your property (for example, “this is a detached house”) and we’ll review your case.
