If I choose to proceed with having a heat pump when do I make payment?

The Design Consultation is £250 and fully refundable.

Once you've received your proposal and selected any add-ons, you'll be asked to pay a deposit. Your remaining balance, minus any Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (if eligible), is payable after your install and handover.

If you're in Scotland, the full remaining balance is due at this stage, as the Energy Saving Trust will reimburse you directly for the value of your grant.
