What are the timelines for having a heat pump installed in my home?

Timelines can vary based on your location, your availability/preference and the availability of your Heat Geek. Typically:

• You will have your Design Consultation within 1 month
• Once you pay your deposit, we start the admin on our side - applying for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant and making the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) application. Once those have been approved you will be able to contact your installer to book in an install date. This is usually about a month after deposit paid but can be quicker
• Install takes 3-5 days
• Most people have the process complete within 3 months. If you need planning permission this may extend the timeline
