What brand of heat pump do you install and why?

We currently install Vaillant heat pumps. We chose Vaillant for several reasons:

• Largest service network in the UK - if anything goes wrong, there's a local Vaillant engineer who can help.
• Superior heating controls - they integrate seamlessly with our monitoring app.
• 7-year manufacturer warranty on the heat pump unit (see Warranties & Guarantees for full details).
• Eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant.
• Designed and manufactured to the highest standards, including models using R290 - a natural refrigerant with a very low environmental impact.

We're always evaluating the market and plan to expand our range to include other manufacturers in the future.
