ou'll be matched with a Heat Geek installer in your local area - a highly trained, industry-leading expert who will work with you to understand your home and system requirements. In most cases, they'll also be the person or team who carries out your installation.

This usually takes 2-5 days. Don't worry if you haven't heard from us straight away - but if it's been more than 5 days, please do reach out to us.

We'll notify you by email once you have been matched, and from there you can book your survey directly with your installer using the contact details provided
