When I go to get a quote I get an error message to say that my heat loss is too high. What does that mean and what can I do about this?

This message means your home's estimated heat loss is higher than our standard service can design for – for example, if your house is very large.

If you think it should be OK – for example, if you've had work done to reduce your heat loss, like new insulation or windows – email upgrades@heatgeek.com with your address and what's been done, and we can check and unlock it for you.
