What is the warranty period of the equipment you install?

Manufacturer warranties differ between Vaillant and Viessmann products, so check our heating product guide for the most up-to-date information. As a guide:

  • Vaillant aroTHERM PLUS heat pumps come with a 7-year warranty
  • Vaillant aroTHERM PRO heat pumps come with a 5-year warranty
  • Viessmann heat pumps can have up to 10 years' warranty with regular servicing
  • Vaillant cylinders come with a 25-year warranty
  • Controls come with a 2-year warranty

Beyond the manufacturer warranties, every system we install is also backed by the Heat Geek Guarantee: your system will perform at or above the efficiency on your proposal. If it doesn't, or your home doesn't reach comfortable temperatures, we'll put it right free of charge.
